About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver a variety of programs on Prosci change methodology, tools, and research
Instruct clients virtually or at client locations or Prosci-selected venues across Europe and EMEA
Maintain up-to-date mastery of Prosci’s change management offerings
Use career experience and Prosci methodology to illustrate real-world change management applications and answer client questions
Prepare for sessions and provide learning experiences for participants
Serve client relationships and establish Prosci as a long-term partner
Foster adaptability and resilience among colleagues, customers, and program participants
Drive digital transformation through new technologies and processes
Apply subject-matter expertise to plan, organize, and execute work efficiently
Identify and articulate client motivations for change based on business objectives and challenges
Understand customer needs, objectives, challenges, barriers, and resistance factors
Provide expert advice and recommendations using Prosci tools and methodologies
Mentor clients in applying Prosci methodologies
Seek feedback to improve the client experience
Collaborate with Product Development and Advisory on new or enhanced offerings
Create value propositions for Prosci products and services
Contribute to white papers, articles, blog posts, webinars, and other thought leadership
Assist Growth with industry-specific questions and prospective-client objections
Identify and engage potential clients
Cultivate strategic partnerships
Report to the Director, Service Delivery
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Scheduling, and Advisors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Change and Project Management experience in dynamic growth/change cultures (PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall etc.)
Intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to navigate a virtual learning environment
Demonstrated expertise in the Prosci portal tools including Proxima and Hub Suite is a strong plus
Proficient working in Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Salesforce and M365
Bachelor’s degree and advanced degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience
Diverse industry experience leading change from a consultative, project, program, or executive level in multiple industries (for-profit and not-for-profit), CDP industry
Demonstrated experience successfully engaging with employees undergoing change, practitioners leading change and senior leaders who sponsor change
Engaging presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and in virtual settings)
Advanced skill and mastery of adult learning theories and technique
Ability to incorporate relevant career experience and expertise into the learning environment
Expected 15+ years of industry experience
Experienced strategic leader directing a variety of functions and directing resources for a min. of 15+ years
Native French and fluent in English (full professional proficiency), fluency in Spanish and/or Italian are a strong plus
Travel expectations: 50% of travel anticipated
