Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content for diverse audiences
  • Understanding of learning theories / ADDIE model
  • Ability to translate complex information into engaging content
  • Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels and incorporate stakeholder feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Passion for learning and dedication to supporting others’ professional growth
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience working in call center operations/sales, loan processing, or general loan operations
  • Preferred: Consumer Financial Services industry experience
  • Preferred: BA/BS degree in Learning & Development, teaching, or a relevant field
