About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operations support to internal client partners regarding fixed term and revolving credit products
  • Review daily audit reports and conduct research and analysis to identify root causes of issues
  • Remediate identified issues
  • Understand and execute operations policies and procedures
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve servicing issues
  • Review and resolve Credit Bureau Disputes
  • Monitor and facilitate payment flow and resolve system syncing issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation of Controls policies and procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on operations processes, trends, and remediation efforts
  • Identify and communicate situations requiring additional review or special handling to leaders
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures
  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members can voice ideas and concerns
  • Act as a first line of defense in detecting and remediating servicing issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1-year experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Credit card servicing experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge and aptitude with GCP preferred
  • Organized, solution oriented, proactive and able to multi-task
  • Able to adapt in a fast-moving role where processes can change quickly
  • Proven track record of effective and collaborative work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
