Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a hands-on engineering role with customer exposure
  • Comfortable building and extending SaaS applications: Python (Django/FastAPI), TypeScript (Angular), REST APIs, PostgreSQL — or equivalent stack experience
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes: SSO/SAML, ERP integration patterns (SAP, S/4HANA), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Ability to switch fluently between a C-level business conversation and a technical architecture whiteboard session
  • Strong demo skills — you know how to tell a story with working software, not slides
  • Ownership mindset: you'd rather ship a working PoC than wait for a perfect spec
  • Interest in procurement, supply chain, or regulatory compliance is a plus — domain expertise isn't required, curiosity is
  • Fluent in German and strong in English
  • Willingness to travel (~20-30% of the time)
