About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and create the monthly newsletter for customers and prospects
- Coordinate newsletter content with the product team and evaluate results
- Develop an editorial calendar for LinkedIn
- Create posts for the company page and prepare posts for the founders
- Research procurement, compliance, and AI topics and turn them into expert content
- Support the planning and execution of the customer day
- Maintain distribution lists and monitor open rates, reach, and usage of the Customer Academy
- Derive improvements from performance metrics
- Develop and implement your own ideas for content formats, website improvements, or customer campaigns
- Work closely with the founders and the product team
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are studying marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a comparable subject
- You have at least three semesters remaining in your studies
- You enjoy writing and have excellent German writing skills
- You can explain complex topics clearly and understand the needs of different target audiences
- Good command of English
- You understand how LinkedIn works
- Ideally, you have already managed a channel
- You work in a structured and self-directed manner and contribute your own ideas
- You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics
- You routinely use AI tools such as Claude or Gemini
- Experience with newsletter tools, advertising, or video is a plus but not required
- No prior professional experience is required
