About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
  • Follow OE specifications and repair standards
  • Gain experience across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
  • Complete initial training, mentorship, virtual support, and continuing education
  • Progress from Calibration Technician Apprentice to Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month
  • Work hands-on within a production shop

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be at least 21+ years of age
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
  • Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience
