About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a paid apprenticeship as a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice
- Learn to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
- Follow OE specifications and repair standards
- Receive mentorship, initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
- Build confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers
- Progress toward becoming a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration technician by the end of the seventh month
- Gain hands-on experience within a production shop
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
