About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a paid apprenticeship to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
- Perform calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards
- Gain experience across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
- Participate in initial training, mentorship, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
- Graduate to a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role by the end of the seventh month
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
