About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a paid apprenticeship to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
- Perform a wide range of ADAS calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards
- Gain experience across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers
- Complete initial training, mentorship, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
- Progress toward becoming a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration technician by the end of the 7th month
- Gain hands-on experience within a production shop
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
