About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a paid apprenticeship with mentorship and training
  • Learn to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations
  • Follow OE specifications and repair standards
  • Develop calibration technician skills across a wide range of manufacturers
  • Progress toward becoming a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration technician by the end of the 7th month
  • Work within a production shop and gain hands-on automotive experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the insurance policy
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
  • Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
