About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Learn to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards
Receive mentorship, initial training, virtual support, and continuing education on new vehicle technology
Gain calibration technician experience across a wide range of manufacturers
Progress from Calibration Technician Apprentice to Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month
Provide top-tier service to customers
Perform work within a production shop environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 21+ years of age
Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
Previous automotive experience is nice to have, but not required
Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
