About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all-purpose duties related to the overall operation of the center
- Manage risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration
- Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates
- Monitor current financial performance metrics
- Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends
- Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably
- Follow Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partner requirements, and industry guidelines/standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Advanced understanding of Estimates
- Must have prior experience with OEM
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures, scanning process
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must use E-Verify for employment eligibility confirmation
