About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from prospective clients
  • Gather and document case details accurately and efficiently

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to balance empathy with persuasive sales skills
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven, performance-based environment
  • Ability to multi-task while typing (40+ WPM)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Preferred: Experience in legal intake or personal injury
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands and fingers for computer and office machine use, including repetitive motions
  • Close vision for reading and data analysis
  • Ability to stand and walk occasionally
  • Ability to perform light lifting of up to 10-25 pounds
  • Clear speaking and hearing abilities to communicate
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is verified through E-Verify after accepting a job offer and completing Form I-9
