About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead growth and execution of the Change Management capability from pursuit through delivery
  • Design client solutions, define scope and resource requirements, develop Statements of Work, and ensure handoff to project delivery
  • Manage project financials, including EAC oversight, budgeting, and invoicing
  • Select, lead, and coach project team members
  • Lead day-to-day change management delivery for ERP transformation programs
  • Provide strategic and execution oversight across core business functions including HCM, RTR, PTP, LWM, and PTM
  • Serve as CMO and/or PMO lead within the ERP transformation ecosystem
  • Partner with ERP System Integrators and Business Integrators to align program execution
  • Design stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and role-based ERP end-user training
  • Conduct ERP change-impact inventories, persona/function-based impact assessments, readiness surveys, and adoption analytics
  • Lead design-thinking workshops, leadership working sessions, and stakeholder engagements
  • Drive change activities with large ERP teams of 100+ project team members
  • Mentor and develop junior professionals
  • Drive workstream execution through planning, governance, and RAID management
  • Own business development from opportunity identification through close, including pursuit strategy, proposals, executive presentations, and account growth
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area; advanced degree preferred
  • 9+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, Change Management, or HR Transformation
  • Management consulting experience required
  • Hands-on experience leading change programs for leading ERP platforms
  • Experience supporting or leading change management on ERP implementations, including at least two of: HCM, RTR, PTP, LWM, PTM
  • Experience developing and executing impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, training needs analyses, and resistance management plans
  • Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and post-go-live adoption tracking for ERP programs
  • Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and UAT readiness sessions
  • Experience analyzing HR or operational processes in the context of SAP-driven change
  • Experience utilizing AI tools and digital accelerators
  • Ability to evaluate, synthesize, and interpret data
  • Experience supporting business development activities, including scope identification, proposal development, and stakeholder presentations
  • Ability to establish and cultivate relationships with client personnel, including senior leaders
  • Leadership and supervisory experience, including mentoring, performance feedback, and cross-functional delivery coordination
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives
  • Ability to lead teams, manage project workstreams, and manage multiple priorities
  • PROSCI certification or equivalent preferred
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or similar are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Familiarity with change management tools, LMS platforms, and AI productivity tools preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check required for employment
