About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map business needs in partnership with leaders and teams, conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translating challenges into learning solutions
  • Create training content using Artificial Intelligence tools, including scripts, presentations, videos, assessments, support materials, and microlearning
  • Explore and test new AI tools to accelerate content production and enhance the quality of development solutions
  • Structure and update learning paths aligned with identified needs
  • Track L&D metrics, including participation, completion, satisfaction, and effectiveness, assessing impact and proposing improvements
  • Support the connection between development initiatives and Performance Management cycles, such as Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Lead new-hire onboarding, providing a welcoming experience connected to the company culture
  • Support People & Culture initiatives as needed, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, and HR operations
  • Participate in strategic department projects, contributing analyses, ideas, and solutions to strengthen the employee experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in Learning & Development, including conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implementing development initiatives
  • Hands-on experience creating content with Artificial Intelligence tools for text, image, video, voice, or presentation generation
  • Experience administering LMS platforms and managing SCORM content
  • Ability to listen effectively and translate business needs into learning solutions
  • Experience tracking training metrics
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate, Rise, or similar platforms
  • Portfolio of content or materials created with AI support
