About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel through quality product delivery
  • Foster a network within the business community and serve as a Protiviti ambassador in the market
  • Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants
  • Facilitate successful completion of project work plans
  • Provide Microsoft Security services covering strategy, planning, design, migration, and implementation
  • Work with M365 Security & Compliance applications, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Agent 365
  • Participate in client proposal preparation and strategies to win new business
  • Create and roll out training and development opportunities for team members
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries
  • Lead and supervise teams, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, oversight, review, and coordination across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree
  • 5+ years working in professional services or industry
  • Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 Security suite from a technical design, implementation, and administration standpoint
  • Experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Purview, including IP, DLP, DLM, and eDiscovery, across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
  • Experience delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365
  • Experience working with global and large M365 tenants
  • Experience with technologies including Entra, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Azure, and Microsoft Graph
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
  • Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
  • Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
  • Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, work oversight and review, coordination across teams, and motivating staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
  • Professional certification such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), CISSP, or similar strongly preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check required as a condition of employment
