About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants
- Facilitate successful completion of project work plans
- Identify project risks and opportunities to increase efficiency
- Strengthen relationships and communicate, build trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates
- Support project scope, work plans, staffing, deliverables, and methodology decisions under Manager direction
- Help clients translate AI investments into sustained workforce adoption, redesigned work, and measurable business value
- Conduct workforce readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and adoption diagnostics
- Design activation campaigns, adoption roadmaps, and champion/super-user networks
- Develop role-based learning journeys, AI Academy content, manager enablement toolkits, and learning-in-the-flow-of-work experiences
- Support future-state organization design, role definition, decision rights, accountability models, and AI-enabled workflow redesign
- Support workforce transformation, role-impact assessments, job redesign, and workforce transition plans
- Assist with AI value charters, benefits governance, value tracking, KPI frameworks, and value realization scorecards
- Contribute to workforce/capacity analyses, cost-benefit assessments, and business cases
- Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and client deliverables
- Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret workforce, adoption, and organizational data
- Establish and cultivate business relationships and professional networks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years working in organizational change, workforce transformation, organization design, change management, learning and development, HR transformation, operating model design, value realization, or a related field
- Experience supporting technology, digital, automation, or AI-enabled transformation programs strongly preferred
- Exposure to organization design, workforce planning, operating model design, job architecture, champion networks, or benefits realization/value governance is a plus
- Familiarity with OrgVue, Celonis, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Agentforce, or other AI-enabled work platforms is a plus
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional certification such as PROSCI, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or similar is a plus
- Supervisory experience including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and motivating teams
- Ability to translate and communicate AI adoption, workforce, and organizational issues, risks, or opportunities to client personnel, including executives
- Successful completion of a background check is required for employment
- Must be eligible for employment in permitted U.S. states; Protiviti is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska
