About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants
- Facilitate successful completion of project work plans
- Identify project risks and opportunities to increase efficiency
- Strengthen client relationships and communicate, build trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates
- Support project scope and work plan establishment, project staffing, deliverable preparation, and methodology application under Manager direction
- Lead Microsoft 365 modernization initiatives, including tenant-to-tenant migrations, SharePoint transformations, and collaboration platform adoption
- Assess and prepare SharePoint environments for migration
- Lead and execute content migrations from SharePoint on-premises, network file shares, and legacy ECM platforms to SharePoint Online
- Plan and deliver tenant-to-tenant migrations across Microsoft 365 environments
- Develop and use PowerShell scripts for assessments, migration automation, tenant administration, security controls, and platform configurations
- Contribute to positive team culture and create development opportunities for team members
- Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical degree
- 2+ years experience designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with Microsoft technologies within a related field or professional services
- Experience delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
- Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps Portal, Power Automate and Apps, and Power BI reports implementations
- Experience assessing and preparing SharePoint environments for migration to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
- Experience leading and executing content migrations using third-party migration tools and PowerShell automation
- Experience planning and delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations across Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience developing and leveraging PowerShell scripts for assessments, automation, administration, deployment, and validation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Security & Compliance applications, including Purview, Defender, Intune, and Entra
- Working knowledge of collaboration, portals, enterprise search, social networking, enterprise content management, and/or business process and forms
- Working knowledge of data protection strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience with requirements management, development methodologies, testing, documentation, solution envisioning, implementation, and rollout
- Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
- Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network
- Ability to communicate issues, risks, and challenges to client personnel, including executives
- Supervisory experience including mentoring, oversight, work review, cross-team coordination, and motivating teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
- Professional Microsoft certifications for M365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Information Protection, Intune, and related applications are a plus
- Authorization to work in Canada for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
- Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment
