About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with clients to provide solutions to complex identity and access management challenges
  • Implement identity tools and processes in client environments
  • Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants
  • Facilitate successful completion of project work plans
  • Identify project risks and opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Strengthen relationships and communicate, build trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates
  • Support project scope and work plan definition, project staffing, deliverable preparation, and application of methodologies under Manager direction
  • Provide strategic IAM and/or PAM Program advisory support, including assessments, strategies, and roadmaps
  • Design and/or implement identity governance, administration, and access management technologies
  • Lead or supervise teams through mentoring, oversight, work review, and cross-team coordination
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and create development opportunities for others
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Comp Sci or related field)
  • 2+ years working in professional services or industry
  • Experience with or understanding of Okta (preferred), Saviynt (preferred), CyberArk, and Entra ID / Azure AD
  • Experience delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM Program advisory support, including assessment, strategy, and roadmap development
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration, including user access lifecycle management
  • Experience designing and/or implementing IGA technology (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza)
  • Experience designing and/or implementing Access Management technology (e.g. Okta, Ping Identity)
  • Proficiency with role-based access control, including role mining and design
  • Knowledge of directory technologies including Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, or virtual directories
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, and release management practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional/matrixed organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
  • Professional certification such as identity vendor certifications preferred
  • Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
  • Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network
  • Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
  • Supervisory experience with mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and motivating teams
  • Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment
