About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with clients to provide solutions to complex identity and access management challenges
  • Implement identity tools and processes in client environments
  • Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants
  • Facilitate successful completion of project work plans
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Build relationships and communicate with client personnel and professional associates
  • Support project scope and work plan establishment, project staffing, deliverable preparation, and methodology application under Manager direction
  • Provide strategic IAM and/or PAM program advisory support, including assessments, strategies, and roadmaps
  • Design and implement identity governance, administration, and access management technologies
  • Contribute to project management, team leadership, and positive team culture
  • Create development opportunities for team members and improve client and community outcomes
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years working in professional services or industry
  • Experience with or understanding of Okta and Saviynt (preferred)
  • Experience with CyberArk
  • Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD
  • Experience delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM program advisory support, including assessment, strategy, and roadmap development
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration, including user access lifecycle management
  • Design and/or implementation of IGA technology, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Veza
  • Design and/or implementation of Access Management technology, such as Okta or Ping Identity
  • Proficiency with role-based access control, including role mining and design
  • Knowledge of directory technologies, including Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, or virtual directories
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, and release management practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional/matrixed organization
  • Passion for identity and access management
  • Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
  • Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network
  • Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
  • Supervisory experience including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and motivating team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
  • Professional certification such as identity vendor certifications preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check required as a condition of employment
