About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult with clients to provide solutions to complex identity and access management challenges
Implement identity tools and processes in client environments
Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants
Facilitate successful completion of project work plans
Identify project risks and opportunities to increase efficiency
Strengthen relationships and communicate with client personnel and professional associates
Support project scope and work plan definition, project staffing, deliverable preparation, and methodology application under Manager direction
Provide strategic IAM and/or PAM program advisory support, including assessments, strategies, and roadmaps
Design and/or implement identity governance, administration, and access management technologies
Contribute to team culture and create development opportunities for colleagues
Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Comp Sci or related field)
2+ years working in professional services or industry
Experience with or understanding of Okta (preferred)
Experience with or understanding of Saviynt (preferred)
Experience with CyberArk
Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD
Experience delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM program advisory support, including assessment, strategy, and roadmap development
Experience with Identity Governance and Administration, including user access lifecycle management
Design and/or implementation experience with IGA technology, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Veza
Design and/or implementation experience with Access Management technology, such as Okta or Ping Identity
Proficiency with role-based access control, including role mining and design
Knowledge of directory technologies including Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, or virtual directories
Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, and release management practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional/matrixed organization
Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network
Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
Supervisory experience including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and motivating teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
Professional certification such as identity vendor certifications preferred
Successful completion of a background check required
