Partner with clients to identify and manage risk
Develop strategies and solutions for complex business problems using current tools and methods
Develop client relationships through quality product delivery
Foster a business-community network and serve as a Protiviti market ambassador
Mentor teams and provide performance development
Oversee successful completion of project work plans
Lead architecture and implementation of secure, scalable enterprise agentic AI platforms
Serve as technical lead for Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore implementations
Design AgentCore Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory, Observability, and related platform capabilities
Design multi-agent, event-driven, and enterprise integration solutions
Establish reusable reference architectures, engineering patterns, and platform standards
Lead architecture decisions integrating AgentCore with Databricks-hosted or Databricks-managed AI capabilities
Design and develop reusable AWS CDK constructs, deployment templates, and automated pipelines
Conduct code reviews and define environment promotion, versioning, rollback, and release-management approaches
Partner with cloud security teams on IAM, networking, encryption, secrets, logging, and monitoring controls
Troubleshoot complex integration, permissions, deployment, and runtime issues
Enable MCP services through AgentCore Gateway
Connect agents securely to enterprise tools, APIs, Lambda functions, HTTP services, data platforms, and MCP servers
Establish controls for MCP tool registration, discovery, access, versioning, testing, and lifecycle management
Design fine-grained permissions and least-privilege access for agents and tools
Address security, sensitive-data, credential-management, and auditability requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, IS, Comp Sci., etc.)
7+ years working in professional services or industry
Required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
Experience architecting and implementing enterprise agentic AI platforms using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
Knowledge of AgentCore Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory, Observability, and related platform capabilities
Experience designing agent workflows involving tool use, context management, session state, memory, orchestration, and human oversight
Experience with Databricks SQL, Unity Catalog, MLflow, vector search, data pipelines, and model-serving endpoints
Experience with AWS CDK and reusable infrastructure constructs
Experience with IAM, VPC networking, private connectivity, encryption, secrets management, logging, and monitoring controls
Experience enabling MCP services through AgentCore Gateway and connecting agents to enterprise tools, APIs, Lambda functions, HTTP services, data platforms, and MCP servers
Experience designing OAuth, service-principal, identity-passthrough, and machine-to-machine authentication patterns
Successful completion of a background check
Ability to work in a hybrid model, in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, with possible local or out-of-state travel
