About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with clients to identify and manage risk
- Develop strategies and solutions for complex business problems using current tools and methods

- Integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities
- Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries
- Lead Workday SCM implementations and workstreams
- Lead design workshops to define requirements, future-state process flows, and configuration specifications
- Lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday SCM solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Lead supplier master data harmonization, conversion, and validation efforts
- Assess Workday SCM platforms in the context of compliance efforts
- Conduct Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
- Perform gap analyses and recommend solutions or enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Supply Chain Management, MIS, Accounting/Finance, or similar
- 7+ years working in professional services or industry
- Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Management
- Experience serving as a Workday SCM workstream lead during implementations
- Experience developing, maintaining, and updating Workday SCM implementation plans, including data conversion, testing, and requirements gathering
- Experience preparing for and leading Workday SCM design workshops
- Experience configuring Workday SCM and facilitating user testing
- Experience leading supplier master data harmonization, conversion, and validation efforts
- Experience with process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and blockchain
- Familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
- Experience implementing Workday SCM best practices for data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Experience conducting gap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities
- Experience leading and performing Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
- Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
- Experience establishing business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
- Experience pursuing business development opportunities and obtaining new work or clientele
- Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
- Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, work oversight, and team coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
- Professional certification such as Workday Financials/Supply Chain or similar strongly preferred
- Successful completion of a background check required as a condition of employment
