Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the continued growth of Protiviti’s Workday Adaptive Planning capabilities
Combine client delivery, solution leadership, practice development, people leadership, and business development
Partner with clients to transform their businesses, protect against risks, and respond to changes
Develop strategies and solutions for complex business problems using current tools and methods
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel through quality product delivery
Foster a professional network and serve as a Protiviti ambassador in the market
Mentor team members and provide performance development
Oversee successful completion of project work plans
Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and major optimization programs
Design scalable Adaptive Planning solutions for complex business requirements
Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Guide teams through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Analyze client planning processes and identify improvements to data accuracy, reporting flow, and decision-making
Coordinate Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and related platform activities supporting connected planning
Provide technical guidance across the Workday Adaptive Planning product suite and resolve complex implementation challenges
Contribute to client proposals and strategies to win new business
Identify market opportunities and grow the Workday Adaptive Planning practice and related solutions
Create development opportunities and participate in training creation and rollout

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
7+ years of experience with Workday products, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance management, finance transformation, or related consulting work, preferably within professional services
Professional certification such as Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar, strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
Experience leading Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and/or major optimization programs
Experience designing scalable Adaptive Planning solutions based on complex business requirements
Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, priorities, and deliverables across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives
Experience guiding teams through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Experience analyzing client planning processes and identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting flow, and decision-making
Experience coordinating Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and related platform activities to support connected planning
Experience providing technical guidance across the Workday Adaptive Planning product suite and resolving complex implementation challenges
Analytical thinking applied to system linkages, data models, financial planning processes, and reporting requirements
Experience evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data
Experience establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
Experience successfully pursuing business development opportunities and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele
Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and motivating team members
Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment
