  • Develop and maintain Workday SCM implementation plans covering data conversion, testing, and requirements gathering
  • Prepare and lead Workday SCM design workshops defining requirements, future-state process flows, and configuration specifications
  • Configure Workday SCM and facilitate user testing
  • Lead supplier master data harmonization, conversion, and validation efforts
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver Workday SCM solutions
  • Lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday SCM
  • Implement Workday SCM best practices for data accuracy, security, and compliance
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions or enhancements
  • Lead Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
  • Pursue business development opportunities and strategies to obtain new work or clientele
  • Create development opportunities and participate in training creation and rollout
  • Integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, MIS, Accounting/Finance, etc.)
  • 7+ years working in professional services or industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Management
  • Experience serving as a Workday SCM workstream lead during implementations
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and updating Workday SCM implementation plans, including data conversion, testing, and requirements gathering
  • Experience preparing for and leading Workday SCM design workshops
  • Experience configuring Workday SCM and facilitating user testing
  • Experience with supplier master data harmonization, conversion, and validation, including leveraging AI/ML tools
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions using process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and blockchain
  • Familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
  • Knowledge of Workday SCM best practices for data accuracy, security, and compliance
  • Experience conducting gap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities
  • Experience leading Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
  • Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
  • Experience establishing and cultivating business relationships and professional networks, including with senior executives
  • Experience pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele
  • Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, work oversight and review, cross-team coordination, and motivating teams
  • Professional Certification such as Workday Financials/Supply Chain or similar strongly preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check required for employment
