Partner with clients to identify and manage risk
Develop strategies and solutions for complex business problems using Workday Supply Chain Management
Develop lasting client relationships through quality product delivery
Foster a professional network and serve as a Protiviti ambassador in the market
Mentor teams and provide performance development
Oversee successful completion of project work plans
Lead Workday SCM implementations and workstreams
Develop, maintain, and update implementation plans covering data conversion, testing, and requirements gathering
Prepare for and lead design workshops defining requirements, future-state process flows, and configuration specifications
Configure Workday SCM and facilitate user testing
Lead supplier master data harmonization, conversion, and validation efforts
Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver Workday SCM solutions
Conduct gap analyses and recommend Workday solutions or enhancements
Lead Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
Pursue business development opportunities and identify strategies to obtain new work or clientele
Contribute to client proposals and strategies to win new business
Integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities
Coordinate across teams and oversee, review, and motivate team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Supply Chain Management, MIS, Accounting/Finance, or similar
7+ years working in professional services or industry
Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Management
Experience serving as a Workday SCM workstream lead during implementations
Experience developing and maintaining Workday SCM implementation plans, including data conversion, testing, and requirements gathering
Experience preparing for and leading Workday SCM design workshops
Experience configuring Workday SCM and facilitating user testing
Experience with supplier master data harmonization, conversion, and validation, including AI/ML tools
Experience designing and implementing solutions using process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and blockchain
Familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
Experience implementing Workday SCM best practices for data accuracy, security, and compliance
Experience conducting gap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities
Experience leading Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
Experience evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data
Business relationship and professional networking experience, including with senior executives
Business development experience and ability to pursue new work or clientele
Ability to communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, work oversight, cross-team coordination, and motivating teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
Professional Certification such as Workday Financials/Supply Chain or similar strongly preferred
Successful completion of a background check required for employment
Must be eligible for employment in the United States; Protiviti is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska
