Key responsibilities & impact

Join Protiviti’s growing Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity team as a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant
Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide advice and solutions
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel through quality product delivery
Foster a network within the business community and serve as a Protiviti market ambassador
Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants
Facilitate successful completion of project work plans
Provide Microsoft Security services across strategy, planning, design, migration, and implementation
Work with M365 Security and Compliance applications, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Agent 365
Architect and implement Microsoft Purview solutions across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
Deliver business solutions on Microsoft 365
Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
Establish and cultivate client and executive relationships
Lead and supervise teams, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, work review, and coordination across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree
2+ years working in professional services or industry
Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 Security suite in technical design, implementation, and administration
Experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Purview, including IP, DLP, DLM, and eDiscovery, across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
Experience delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365
Experience working with global and large Microsoft 365 tenants
Experience with technologies including Entra, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Azure, and Microsoft Graph
Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives
Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, work oversight and review, cross-team coordination, and motivating teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
Professional certification such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), CISSP, or similar strongly preferred
Successful completion of a background check
