Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as MIS, IS, or Computer Science
  • 9+ years working in professional services or industry
  • Required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
  • Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and AWS Certified Security – Specialty
  • Deep and broad expertise designing, implementing, and governing enterprise AWS environments
  • Ability to influence architecture and technology strategy across large or complex organizations
  • Experience leading multiple complex cloud engagements or portfolios of technical work
  • Strong architecture capability across infrastructure, networking, security, automation, resilience, governance, operations, and migration
  • Ability to advise senior executives while retaining credibility with deeply technical engineering teams
  • Significant experience shaping and estimating complex cloud transformation engagements
  • Ability to identify client needs and translate them into valuable consulting and engineering engagements
  • Experience developing technical leaders and raising engineering standards across an organization
  • Strong understanding of consulting economics, delivery risk, scope management, and commercial decision-making
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with Amazon Bedrock, including agents, knowledge bases, and guardrails
  • Experience with AWS Step Functions or similar orchestration services
  • Knowledge of API design and integration patterns, including REST and event-driven architectures
  • Knowledge of data architecture, including agent knowledge-base ingestion and indexing of procurement/logistics data
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using CDK or CloudFormation
  • Knowledge of IAM, networking, and VPC design for AWS environments
  • Familiarity with ERP integration patterns, including JDE and Oracle FBDI export format
  • Ability to translate procurement workflows into technical architecture
  • Experience leading agentic AI/GenAI builds, not just chatbots
  • Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment
