About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the Network product roadmap, including the end-to-end customer experience and pipeline of partner and platform investments
- Define manufacturing partner capabilities, certifications, and quality standards; identify and prioritize capability and service gaps
- Conduct offer and performance assessments based on customer demand, marketplace dynamics, and platform scalability
- Lead Network go-to-market strategy and define the Network value proposition
- Support internal sales in articulating when customers should leverage the Network versus the factory offering
- Develop pricing strategies with Pricing and Network Sourcing teams and lead pricing change management
- Act as a mini-GM for the Global Network business segment, with P&L accountability and margin optimization
- Monitor and drive commercial results including revenue, orders, and order lines against budget and trends
- Collaborate with marketing, software, sourcing, operations, sales, customer service, and supply chain
- Captain NPI teams for specific offers as required
- Translate roadmap, voice-of-customer insights, and NPS feedback into platform and operations requirements
- Champion global alignment across regions for Network initiatives
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Drive innovation and new product development for Network solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or business
- MBA/advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrable track record of technical understanding and working with strong technical organizations required for non-technical majors
- At least 5 years of related business-to-business experience in a business over $50M, or 3 years with an MBA/advanced degree
- Demonstrable exposure/familiarity with product management/strategic marketing core toolkit, including at least three of: market sizing, market segmentation, voice of the customer, value proposition development and quantification, offer management, and value-based pricing
- Track record of successful participation in larger global projects and cross-functional teams that achieve milestones and complete deliverables
- Manufacturing experience spanning how B2B customers transact, how to manage vendors, and how products are manufactured
- Experience in Network-based fulfillment model highly preferred
- Comfortable with public speaking and executive team interactions
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- High-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts
- Successful track record of professional growth and achieving results in matrix organizations using influence skills to drive results
- Eligible to work under ITAR requirements as a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status; temporary visa holders are not eligible
