Spend the first weeks of each engagement learning the operator’s constraints from inside the business
Rebuild functions from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive
Build production systems for customers
Work inside the customer’s team and process on real tasks, owning the method autonomously
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
Help enterprises adopt AI from strategy through first deployment
Build tooling and frameworks for a growing AI delivery practice
Incorporate field learnings into Provectus industry Blueprints

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 7+ years building software, with a substantial share writing production code you were accountable for
Hands-on production GenAI/LLM systems experience
Experience building or owning an eval suite for a non-deterministic system
Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to work productively in unfamiliar codebases or languages
Python and/or TypeScript proficiency
Cloud-native delivery on AWS; GCP/Azure is a plus
Pre-sales experience and credibility with senior stakeholders
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production are nice to have
IaC experience with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform is nice to have
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI are nice to have
