Key responsibilities & impact

Learn clients' functions and help redesign them alongside a Senior FDE and Forward Deployed Executive
Build and ship production code for LLM applications, agentic workflows, and retrieval and extraction pipelines
Build evaluation harnesses, define what working means, and measure results
Take systems to production on AWS
Feed field learnings back into the company's AI Blueprints
Drive client adoption and build credibility with client engineers and operators
Complete onboarding, Blueprint and delivery-stack training, and an industry primer
Shadow operators and own a scoped part of a production system with code review

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in computer science, engineering or another STEM field
0–2 years of experience; internships, co-ops and research
Built projects integrating AI as part of the SDLC, with ability to explain what worked, what broke, and what would be changed
Hands-on Claude Code basics
Strong programming fundamentals in Python or TypeScript
Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and ask good questions
Ability to explain complex technical subjects to non-engineers
Willingness to spend time learning a client's job before writing code
Cloud basics: AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, CI/CD
AI/ML coursework or foundations
Data pipelines or SQL; classical ML or MLOps (PyTorch, SageMaker, MLflow); infrastructure-as-code
Open-source contributions, hackathon projects or public writing on applied AI
Claude certification or AWS certification
