About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Spend the first weeks of each engagement learning operational constraints from inside the client's function
Rebuild the client's function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive
Build and deliver solutions autonomously, owning the method from framing through production
Work inside the customer's process on real tasks rather than scoped deliverables
Use Provectus industry Blueprints as a starting baseline and feed field learnings back into them
Deliver Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations for Financial Services and Healthcare
Help enterprises adopt AI from strategy through first deployment
Build tooling and frameworks for a growing AI delivery practice
Participate in recruitment, technical, live engineering, soft-skills, and offer interviews as part of the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 7+ years building software, with substantial production-code experience and ongoing hands-on work
Ability to understand an unfamiliar business function quickly before writing code
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production
Built or owned an evaluation suite for a non-deterministic system
Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to work productively in unfamiliar codebases or languages
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
Cloud-native delivery on AWS; GCP/Azure experience is a plus
Pre-sales experience and credibility with senior stakeholders
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses
Containers and orchestration, such as Kubernetes/ECS, and production CI/CD are nice to have
Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform is nice to have
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI are nice to have
