About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Embed inside banks, insurers, and health systems to understand their work and constraints
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat learning the function from the inside
Rebuild business functions from first principles alongside clients and a Forward Deployed Executive
Build and ship Claude + AWS systems into regulated production environments
Work as part of the customer’s team inside their processes
Own engagements autonomously from problem framing through production
Start engagements from Provectus industry Blueprints and feed field learnings back into them
Deliver Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
Help enterprises adopt AI from strategy through first deployment
Build tooling and frameworks for a growing AI delivery practice

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 7+ years building software, with substantial production coding accountability
Hands-on software development and intent to remain hands-on
Ability to understand unfamiliar business functions quickly
Experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems to production
Experience building or owning an evaluation suite for a non-deterministic system
Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to work productively in unfamiliar codebases or languages
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
Cloud-native delivery experience on AWS; GCP/Azure is a plus
Pre-sales experience and credibility with senior stakeholders
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses
Containers and orchestration experience with Kubernetes/ECS is a nice to have
Production CI/CD experience is a nice to have
Infrastructure as code experience with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform is a nice to have
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI is a nice to have
