About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct customer discovery to elicit needs, issues, and pain points
  • Create compelling business and technical demonstrations and presentations of Provenir’s offering
  • Articulate the benefits and potential value of proposed solutions
  • Support sales cycles through Q&A sessions and workshops
  • Contribute business and technical content to customer RFP responses and coordinate subject matter experts
  • Conduct design and architecture workshops to define solution blueprints
  • Collaborate with Professional Services on proposed solution and implementation strategy
  • Partner with Data Science teams on AI/ML modeling strategies and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain demonstration environments tailored to client use cases
  • Deliver and support webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements on fraud and financial crime
  • Guide clients on the value and differentiation of Provenir’s platform and ecosystem
  • Address prospect objections and functional gaps with internal stakeholders
  • Document sales-process artifacts, customer needs, and solution options for transition to Professional Services
  • Share content and documentation with the global PreSales team for education and process improvement
  • Contribute to internal enablement and onboarding sessions
  • Feed customer insights into product roadmaps with Product Managers
  • Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Data Science teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record supporting and collaborating with sales, product, and professional services teams, ideally within a software vendor or consulting environment
  • Current experience in Fraud and Financial Crime, preferably financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Ability to collaborate, build trust, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Proficient in university-level writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Self-motivated team player able to work independently
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Spanish language skills advantageous
  • Experience with enterprise decisioning technologies, including basic understanding of model build, programming, and integration patterns
  • Prior software Presales or implementations experience
  • Exposure to business intelligence reporting tools, analytics, and data-driven decisioning platforms
  • Familiarity with fraud detection best practices and AI-driven financial services solutions
