Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment
  • Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching needs using the nursing process
  • Facilitate care coordination through direct, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Registered Nurse License in the state where care will be provided
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
  • 18 months of professional nursing experience
