About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the executive assistants for the North Division Executive Office
  • Promote the Providence mission, values, and philosophy
  • Support the Division Chief Executive and Division CFO
  • Oversee the duties and responsibilities of the Executive Assistant team
  • Provide administrative support for division councils and Boards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of college or business school training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management or other relevant field or equivalent education/experience
  • 6 years of public relations or customer service-based experience
  • 4 years of experience leading and managing teams
  • Preferred: 6 years in a position equal to executive or administrative secretary, including advanced computer skills and working knowledge of a variety of software programs and communication vehicle
  • Preferred: 3 years of experience in a health care leadership environment
