About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the RCS Analytics Products team
  • Oversee delivery and health of analytics-focused products
  • Act as the accountable lead for analytics products published by the team
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure the integrity of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables
  • Delegate effectively while remaining hands-on to maintain close involvement with content and technology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or 4+ years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience
  • 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool
  • Master's Degree in a related discipline or 4+ years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience preferred
  • Epic Certifications preferred upon hire
  • 5 years of progressively increasing management-level responsibility with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, and analytics preferred
  • 5 years of project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies preferred
  • 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience preferred
