Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to Providence’s facilities, institutes, and clinics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • 2 years of experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone
  • Preferred: 1 year of technical support experience
