About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive financial impact across the organization
- Analyze business drivers underlying financial results
- Uncover value and drive organizational impact
- Proactively solve problems and generate data-driven insights
- Inform decision-making and resource allocation
- Influence business decision-making at the Executive Vice President level
- Support enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis processes and insights as part of the System FP&A team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
- 8 years closely related finance experience
- Ability to work through ambiguity
- Ability to proactively solve problems
- Ability to drive data-driven insights to inform decision making and resource allocation
- Ability to influence business decision-making at the Executive Vice President level
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related business field (preferred)
- Upon hire: Certified Public Accountant, HFMS or FACHE certifications (preferred)
