Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and operate the USFHP provider network across multiple states
Manage provider network recruitment and contracting
Manage provider onboarding
Oversee ongoing provider relations and credentialing
Act as liaison for all network providers
Manage relationships with external and internal regional medical group and ministry partners
Streamline workflows and create consistency in partner interactions
Create, administer, and maintain tracking systems
Analyze data and create reports for leadership visibility, staffing projections, and timelines
Perform duties in a manner promoting PacMed's mission, values, and philosophy
Serve as a role model for organizational values and mission

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
6 years high-level administrative/program coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
4 years leadership experience
2 years direct supervisory experience
Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
Demonstrated track record of being a change agent and improving teams and processes
Experience working effectively with senior administrators and professionals
Sensitivity in handling confidential information and urgent matters professionally and promptly
Sophisticated project management experience
Efficient prioritization and organization of multiple requests
