Conduct psychosocial assessments in emergency department and inpatient settings
Provide clinical social work consult services

Conduct risk assessments

Provide discharge planning recommendations

Provide warm handoffs to the Psychiatrist on the Enterprise Telehealth team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
Upon hire, a Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License, Alaska Clinical Social Worker License, California Clinical Social Worker License, Montana Clinical Social Worker License, Oregon Clinical Social Worker License, New Mexico Clinical Social Worker License, or Texas Clinical Social Worker License
5 years post-graduate experience working in an Emergency Department, Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record
EPIC experience preferred
1 year experience working with children or adolescents preferred
