About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create nursing employee schedules
  • Enter staffing requests such as PTO and MDO
  • Review daily changes in Kronos and reconcile timecards
  • Ensure the appropriate Pay Code is entered for staff
  • Approve unit timecards at the close of each Pay Period
  • Enter staff schedules as completely as possible before posting
  • Review and edit timecards for accuracy before approval
  • Scan paper copies of changes to the appropriate department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of experience working with Kronos or other comparable electronic timekeeping/attendance system
  • Candidates must be in the local Portland area to attend required onsite team meetings, which may occur once a month
  • 1 year of Staffing/scheduling experience (preferred)
