  • Strong experience in motion design and animation
  • Proficiency in tools such as After Effects
  • Video editing and storytelling skills, including pacing, sequencing, and narrative development
  • Experience creating short-form, engaging video content for enterprise audiences preferred
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, visually compelling stories
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency across assets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Submission of video and motion design work samples, including animation, explainer videos, or short-form content
  • No third-party agencies
