About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, utilities, and facilities
- Lead electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and Infrastructure and Services departments
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with goals, deadlines, technical standards, and service quality requirements
- Monitor, analyze, and report monthly maintenance KPIs and implement corrective and improvement action plans
- Plan, manage, and optimize the department’s budget and maintenance costs
- Lead investment and industrial improvement projects, including technical studies, specifications, designs, budgets, schedules, bidding, contracting, and implementation monitoring
- Oversee maintenance of plant buildings, administrative areas, manufacturing facilities, and laboratories
- Coordinate and supervise third-party providers for electrical, mechanical, civil, automation, forklift, overhead crane, building maintenance, and cleaning services
- Promote continuous improvements to increase productivity, profitability, and asset efficiency while reducing failures and unplanned downtime
- Maintain technical documentation, maintenance plans, and department metrics; prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations
- Ensure maintenance, modification, and installation activities comply with legal, technical, and HSE requirements
- Support operations in defining and implementing safe practices that prevent health, safety, and environmental risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management of equipment, utilities, and facilities
- Experience in maintenance planning and control, including KPIs, costs, and departmental budget management
- Experience in contract, supplier, and third-party service management
- General knowledge of automation and electronic systems
- Experience in budget planning and control (OPEX/CAPEX), investment evaluation, and monitoring of infrastructure and industrial improvement projects
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external service providers
