About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the central hub for internal and external communication across content production and channels
- Own Prysmian’s corporate channel plan and collaborate with business units, countries, and marketing departments on commercial strategy
- Build coherent and innovative corporate and commercial content strategies
- Coordinate the content, media, and channel area of the Communication & Marketing department
- Plan and deliver key projects, including channel upgrades and content production
- Support press office growth and expand Prysmian’s relevance with journalistic stakeholders
- Prepare Prysmian for next-generation AI-driven search and media functionalities
- Support development of AI tools that simplify communication flows with IT and HR
- Allocate budgets to media channels
- Report communication activities to top management and countries, establishing KPI-driven channel and content management
- Support rollout of global style guidelines
- Revive and accelerate social media activity for employees and other stakeholders
- Support production of press releases and maintain the press materials archive
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience managing channels for a publicly listed company
- Creativity in reaching new audiences and exploring innovative content ideas
- Experience managing projects to bring competencies in-house
- Fluent English and Italian
- International experience
