About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the roadmap for one or more ACE feature areas and help shape the overall product vision with leadership
  • Talk with quality, regulatory, and IT stakeholders to understand customer quality processes and product gaps
  • Build business cases for roadmap items and define success measures before development begins
  • Write requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria for engineering and QA
  • Prototype and validate ideas with UX and customers
  • Make trade-off decisions with engineering and architecture regarding scope, scalability, performance, and security
  • Run backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Track delivery against release commitments, raise risks, and make scope decisions when timelines tighten
  • Monitor FDA, EU, and ISO regulatory changes and life sciences trends, translating relevant changes into product requirements
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Services on launches, release communications, enablement, training, and demos
  • Serve as the product-area expert for internal teams and support Sales with customer conversations, demos, and RFP responses
  • Measure post-release adoption, customer feedback, and support trends to guide future priorities
  • Share roadmap progress, priorities, and trade-offs with leadership
  • Give direction and constructive feedback to engineers, designers, and QA
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience with enterprise B2B software
  • Experience with web-based products built for a specific vertical market
  • Experience working closely with engineering and QA to deliver features in an Agile environment
  • Experience turning customer and market research into short- and long-term roadmaps
  • Comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models with engineers
  • Able to work at least 6 hours of overlap each day with US-based team members, within the stated Pacific Time schedule
  • Nice to have: Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, or medical devices
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GxP, or ISO 13485
  • Nice to have: Background with QMS or eQMS workflows, such as CAPA, document control, change control, training management, or audit management
  • Nice to have: Experience shipping AI-powered features, including defining evaluation criteria, quality bars, and success metrics for AI output
  • Nice to have: CSPO or SAFe POPM certification
  • Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
