Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Communicate project status regularly to various stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes
  • Lead consulting teams in client engagements across Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Industrial Products, Electronics, and Medical Devices
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Research & Development, Workforce Management, and Technical Support on project scope, resource allocation, and dependencies
  • Help clients integrate contemporary innovations using ALM and PLM technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires 8+ years of customer-facing project management experience in the configuration and deployment of impactful software solutions for manufacturing industries
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, escalation management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship from PTC
  • PMP certification (nice to have)
  • Experience with PLM or ALM implementations (nice to have)
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
