About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, direct, and lead projects deploying PTC’s technology solutions to drive client value
Own program financials, including cost, revenue, and margin
Own the PTC Professional Services relationship with the client
Manage customer accounts and day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of programs or large-scale projects
Define, align, and document client vision and transformation strategies (roadmaps)
Support new business opportunities and project growth by selling incremental value or developing next steps in client roadmaps
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Management on account plans and strategies
Support and coach new team members with a ramp-up plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years demonstrated project management experience in leading projects or programs
Functional experience in Mobility, Manufacturing, Life Science, Electronics, or High Tech industries
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable degree
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French or German
Willingness to travel (10-20%)
