About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Lead health client engagements, interactions, and meetings
  • Use nursing subject matter expertise to build client relationships and solve potential problems
  • Proactively identify problems and provide solutions to clients
  • Build client excitement around new EDPlan Health features, functionality, and services
  • Provide feedback on evolving client needs and service improvements
  • Provide Tier 2 or 3 support via Zendesk for EDPlan Health
  • Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Collaborate with Regional Teams and other functional areas to meet client needs
  • Create meeting materials and respond to data or reporting requests
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for Regional Teams
  • Serve as the frontline contact for client change requests
  • Coordinate change requests, product feedback, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Registered nurse (RN) with 2+ years' experience
  • Experience with electronic nursing documentation (SIS or EHR)
  • 2-5 years' experience managing client relationships
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Must reside in Oklahoma
  • Travel required within Oklahoma - 50%, with occasional out of state travel
