About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review business operations and identify service and efficiency improvements
- Evaluate programs and recommend improvements
- Assess best practices and provide technical assistance to clients
- Manage small projects, staff, and tasks with limited supervision
- Facilitate client discussions
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Manage daily project functions and client interactions
- Lead proposal writing teams, including writing sections and coordinating submissions
- Prepare written reports and other client materials
- Collaborate with the Technology Consulting team to help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Must be located in FL, GA, SC, or NC
- Ability to understand service delivery systems for programs administered by states and monitored by federal regulators
- Expertise in complex federal regulations and requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office application skills, especially in data analytics
- Ability to work accurately with large data sets
- Ability to manage projects within timelines and budgets
- Excellent business writing and presentation skills
- Experience supporting industry-recognized ERP platforms preferred
- Knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, data management, reporting, and enterprise application development
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and modern integration technologies
- Familiarity with SAP technologies highly desirable
- Experience with large-scale ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs
- Knowledge of project management, SDLC, and IT service management best practices
